TESTIMONIALS
I have really enjoyed the last few retreats. It’s amazing in this day and age to meet people from all over the world sharing their life’s stories reflecting their cultures. These retreats give me hope that we all can find joy and community in a diverse world.
I have been to several retreats and have benefitted greatly from them. I found the meditation and the yogic lifestyle to be very balanced, and I have incorporated it into my daily routine. The cooking classes was great, and I especially enjoyed the mantra meditation. It all makes me happy! Didi and Dada put a lot of effort and love into their teachings.
The online retreat was a heart opening and soul warming experience for me. I loved the teachings from the Dadas’ and Didi throughout the retreat. And most importantly I enjoyed doing the collective meditation and kiirtan with the group. I hardly ever experienced the same deep connection to our creator the way I connected while doing the meditation with these guys. (continued…)
In my busy, modern life I hardly ever meet selfless people. And I compare Dada and Didi and all yogi monks to angles on Earth. They selflessly help us to reach our highest potential. I now experience the spiritual and emotional growth and change every day. I’m becoming kinder, more compassionate, more patient, more empathic and more accepting of others every day! Thank you to The Meditation Project for all that you do! I’ve been fortunate to find you!
Attending these retreats has been a spiritually demystifying experience. It has helped me face my inner fears and dogmas and questioning the vanity in my life. It has helped me become more logical, brave, goal oriented & kind. Attending The Meditation Project retreats and interacting with people of various backgrounds, belief systems and religions, and the committed teachers, has surely made me appreciate the value of life. I’m proud to be associated with them.
I have attended several retreats. Both online and in person. The experience has been beneficial for me on many levels. Everyone has a high energy for sharing positive thoughts and ideas. It is a joyful, meaningful, and uplifting time. My body appreciates the gentle yoga and delicious food, my mind enjoys the stimulating theory and creativity, and the group meditation and kirtan help me connect spiritually. The Didi’s and Dada’s are so kind and generous to offer these retreats for us. Such a gift! Thank you.
I attended my first online retreat with the Meditation Project some weeks ago. I immediately felt welcomed, very safe, and free around them. It was a very healing experience. Very powerful is also the opportunity to be around the Dadas and Didis. It is a visceral experience that must be experienced in person!
I attended the Meditation Project’s Online Retreat. It was a fun event where a lot of like-minded people gathered. My goal was to improve my meditation practice. During the retreat, I got valuable insights, and the answers to my questions kept coming. The event helped me to set my next goals and identify a path how to get there. I still remember the kind and supportive remarks from teachers that help me with my daily practice.
